A LIFT has reopened after disabled people were “denied access to leisure facilities” for months.
Two lifts at Perdiswell Leisure Centre that provided access to gym facilities for less mobile users were out of action before reopening this week.
One had been reportedly closed for eight months and another had been closed for six weeks.
It led Worcester City Councillor and disability rights campaigner Elena Round to call for an urgent review of the service to make it more inclusive.
